BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Mr. Kimmel and Ms. Batson are married with two children. They are both active in their local church and many local civic and charitable organizations.
As of June 2001, Mr. Kimmel will have been practicing Law for 25 years, and Ms. Batson for more than 15 years.
Mr. Kimmel is a former President of the local Bar Association, is a graduate of Leadership Pensacola, has served as Chairman on the Judicial Nominating Committee for the First Circuit, has served on the Grievance Committee, has served on the Board of Directors and other leadership positions in the Rotary Club, the Community Drug and Alcohol Commission and the Jaycees, has coached youth sports, has performed pro bono work for a local volunteer fire department, and the Guardian Ad Litem Program, and serves as an Elder in his church.
Ms. Batson is a lifelong Pensacola resident, serves as an Elder in her church, as has served on the Executive Council of the Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council.
