Ms. Batson graduated with high honors from Wake Forest University and with honors from the University of Florida Law School. She limits her practice exclusively to matters involving probate and estate planning. She was admitted to practice law in the Courts of Florida in 1985 and is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Board of Certified as a specialist in wills, trusts and estates by the Florida Bar Legal Specialization and Education in 1992

Northwest Florida Estate Planning Council, former board member
