
Mr. Kimmel has had actual representation in more than 750 cases involving citizens accused of committing a crime. These include many high profile cases across the Florida Panhandle and more than 100 jury trials,some lasting as long as six weeks of trial. In addition to serving on many statewide panels relating to criminal law, Mr. Kimmel has lectured at many legal seminars, including teaching the course "Constitutional Issues in Criminal Law" at Pensacola Junior College.
